WallStreet9News.com SCAM on ‘News 7 Daily’ scam site claiming Kelly Richards makes $7,197/Month Part-Time with some fake Home Income Kit

Saw a new scam today on some website — and I see that I didn’t write about it before.

It’s on the fake ‘News 7 Daily’ website on the URL WallStreet9News.com, which, according to Who.Is, was just purchased in September 2009.

These folks are brazen in claiming some fake Kelly Richards makes all this money with a fake Home Income Kit, Google Biz Kit, etc. — that they say only costs 2 bucks or whatever.

The brazen lie is that they send you to this site:

https://smcbigprofits.com/?ref_id=136g&cp=15&sub_id=CD536649#PP

And on that “SMC Big Profits” website, it doesn’t even spell out the real charges, usually like $89 or whatever.

But on the Rip Off Report, the same company charged somebody $499 and they have the same address listed on the smcbigprofits.com site that the other ‘Wall Street News 9′ site sends folks to:

Smc
996 Flower Glen St.
Simi Valley California 93065
U.S.A.
Phone: 800-345 4762

So there’s the scam. Glad I removed all these get-rich-quick-scheme ads off my site now that Google Adsense offers that option.

It would be cool if the big news orgs removed them as well, and only allowed room for the legit ads like from car dealerships, etc.

I purchased the $98 on the News Daily 7, story about kelly richards 2 days ago. I called the ph. numbers and email address for support and their both bogus sites and no service on phone. I began looking for other similar programs and found another site that was “free”!. Only 3 steps and you will be receiving checks.

First step: is to pick trial offers, that must total 1 credit. Choices are varied from netflex, credit score programs, the trial offers are worth 1 credit and although the “trial Link offer” is free, you must give your credit card in case you may want to continue after the trial period is over.

Second step: many trial offers and again you must earn 1 credit (same as step 1) although, the links are worth .05, .10, .35 etc., and book club, movie club, insurance quote, credit service although there are a few free links to choose from, many cost anywhere from one $1 dollar to $100. After you sign up and they have your credit card information, you must wait for the company to process the order before you get the credits.
Long story short, I never finished step 2 because I realized things just weren’t adding up. I began to call the phone #s and visit some of these sites and email addresses listed and all 4 were either not in service or I received a “danger, site not safe”. The last one it appeared i would speak to someone so as I could cancel my membership and standard recorded voice listed the choices for each department and after 9 mins it went dead. 9 times I phoned and each time chose a different department, and same thing, music played for 5 mins or so then dead.

I am disappointed in myself, I should have known better, I am in law school and just thought if I could work for a few hours a week, It would help financially, but now it has cost me two whole days figuring out what company, site names, trial offers purchased, and I have finally realized I am going to have to cancel my credit card tomorrow morning.

I feel for everyone who fell into the little web they create with smooth talk and many lies. It just goes to show if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

Paula Mooney April 21, 2011 at 10:48 am

Yes, I do wonder why as well. We could do fine without the scam ads on big websites — and little ones, too!

ac April 21, 2011 at 6:36 am

thanks for the warning bt the question I hve is why are repitable companys like MSN giving this scams space to ad this

suhana April 19, 2011 at 12:19 am

Am also so confused !!!!!!!seems too good to be true

Palex April 6, 2011 at 5:54 pm

I came home from work on my lunch break, not feeling too good; my brain was fuzzy. There was an ad on FB saying “can you type?” I really fancied a typing job- so it wasn’t even the money that seduced me into signing up with this! I did all the signing up in my lunch break and then when I got back to work and the afternoon wore on I realised how foolish I’d been and that it was a scam! As soon as I got back home, I cancelled my credit card. Phew! It’s so easy to fall for this stuff even if you’re not the type to be fooled. It works on vulnerable people who may be depressed or in difficult times etc.

Hi Emily – maybe you have been t00 busy to respond. Which is totally acceptable. But the website I was directed to had absolutely no such information as you state. Are you on https://netcoadmin.com/ Or is there yet another website they are legally accountable for?

Close them Down March 26, 2011 at 6:16 am

Hi Emily – please provide me with their URL (webpage) that you are viewing.

Emily March 25, 2011 at 10:39 am

SO if you look at the bottom of the page it cleary states no affilation with cnn abc and other reputable companies….

I have emailed major banks in most English speaking countries – stating that there needs to be an International Scam Register. (Or at minimum, a local Country National Register). Thereby, when any bank customer (you and me) gives out their credit card details to these Scam companies, the credit card details are refused. NOT ACCEPTED. You get an email from your Bank advising you of the reason they refused. eg. ‘Your Credit Card debt has been refused, because this company is registered on our Scam List’. Again, please join with me and lobby for this – even if you just lobby YOUR Bank to get this in place. The internet processes are totally capable of putting this block in place.

Onuorah Peter March 23, 2011 at 5:22 pm

Thanks a million I was about making a $19.97 purchase. Wonderful , I would have been ripped off by some bastards

I signed. Further phone contact identified ‘deceit and lies’ including their statement that they are an Amazon Affiliate. Amazon states Netconsulting is – seemingly – just another web hosting company. Any one with a website can link to Amazon and gain commissions. This has been reported to relevant Government authorities in Australia – ACCC. It has also been sent to media. They may have also ‘stolen the identity’ of a major financial newspaper in Australia. Cancel your credit card. Report it to all and any Worldwide Government Agencies, Police (for potential fraud) and close them down.

Truthfully speaking March 10, 2011 at 10:03 pm

Truly a scam. The “comments” on these pages never change–just the dates of the posting. They also have these “deadline” dates which are always different every time you visit the page(s) the next day. They say “as seen on CNN, USA Today…” etc., yet in their terms and conditions, they say otherwise. And fake pictures with fake checks that can be manipulated online easily. This “Kelly Richards” is the same girl who is ubiquitous in different cities around.
@ Donna I agree with everything you said.

Paula Mooney March 10, 2011 at 8:23 am

Don’t feel dumb — these guys make the ads look so real and they prey on people online. They are the ones who should feel dumb, because God won’t let them get away with this forever.

Since you never clicked “Pay Now” I hope you’ll be fine — just keep a close eye on your account, and for anyone who bought some of these products through CLICKBANK, please realize that Clickbank does have a refund policy feature.

This kid March 9, 2011 at 10:04 pm

I feel so dumb lol. I just had a question, I got to the pay pal page and I logged into my account. But I never clicked pay now. Will I be okay?

Nicole March 8, 2011 at 7:00 pm

I have just signed up. those people who have said it works, please show us some proof. I will be ringing my c.card company asap.

Paula Mooney March 4, 2011 at 11:24 am

Inform your bank or credit card company about the fraudulent transaction and prayerfully they’ll send you paperwork to stop it and you can have your new credit card re-issued like we did with my dad.

Dwayne March 4, 2011 at 8:23 am

I’m glad I came across your site. I was at the payment page but decided to Google it and I found the answers to my skepticism. I was convinced that this might be legit because I see major companies such as Google, ABC, CNN, etc., on it. But then again, that could be easily faked. Damn, I could have use this so-called job to earn a living. Sigh… Too good to be true, just so sad.

Scott March 1, 2011 at 6:29 am

I have recently signed up to this scam stupidly and please could someone tell me how to get out of it!

Shared Search February 25, 2011 at 5:50 pm

thanks for all the infor, actaully i was very impressed by the program as it was giving some fake proofs, but you guys did well, as the google’s top search results are in the favor of the program when googled

edward westphal February 6, 2011 at 2:43 pm

why are these people allowed to continue these scams? is it that their ‘headquarters’are in some place where there are no laws??fraudlent activity should be turned in to the authorities, and removed by them!

maliyahsmom2010 February 5, 2011 at 2:01 pm

Thank you so much for posting that this daily news 7 work at home thing was a scam. It is funny because I remember going to this site once before and the girl Kelley was supposedly making 7 thousand and something and when I visited it again to day on a job website now she is making 8 thousand and something a month. I just have to wonder how in a week’s time her salary jumped 1 thousand and something a month. Yeah, this is definitely a scam. Thanks a lot fro saving me.

Anonimus January 25, 2011 at 7:46 am

I was thinking about purchasing the kit too but i thouth to google it up and check if earning a fortune (4000+/month) isnt a scam well im disapointed i realy could have used that “job”

Kandiface January 14, 2011 at 6:36 pm

smartypgirl December 29, 2010 at 11:40 am

Thank you so much for the warning. Almost everyone is struggling now days. What kind of heartless person would want to take advantage of all of us that are so vulnerable. We just need an honest way to make a living. Why don’t we think of a way to do that rather than ripping people off!!

Woogaman_1 December 26, 2010 at 9:29 pm

I came across this News 7 Daily site yesterday claiming this single Mother in Brisbane was earning all this money part time at home through Google.I read through all the people who claimed that it was great & Blah Blah Blah.I thought I would just have look.So I put some details down & it came too the pay up time.I also noticed that they couldn’t spell & the amount of money had gone up. Then I started to think. If it sounds too good to be true. Watch out. I reversed out of that link & up pops a online person asking me do I really want to leave this page. Of course I did. I went back to the story. I had left this lappy on that site till I went to bed.Today I did a search on this lot & now it’s a Mother @ Tarago,NSW,Which is an hours drive away. When I clicked on this different link it said in so many words that they don’t service this area. Then redirects to another page. This Kelly Richards gets about. One day in Brisbane QLD & the next day in Tarago 33Km’s away from Goulburn NSW!Scammers

katie December 21, 2010 at 1:39 am

I just signed up! Darn!!!! they took my $2.97 and then the page was blank. THEN i read the terms and conditions. I don’t recall seeing them when I made the actual payment submission. I will be calling my bank in the morning. Anyone hear of them charging your bank account? I do people have to be like this? Guess it was too good to be true!

sydneyhope December 16, 2010 at 12:46 pm

Thanks for the warning. You saved me too. I figured something was up and you confirmed it.

kevin December 14, 2010 at 2:07 pm

I took this offer up about 4 months ago. and although it took a while for the first payment, I now manage to earn enough to only have to work part time !

Vindin December 12, 2010 at 11:17 pm

@weymouth7 since it worked for you show me and tell me if you have that money you earned in the bank

4u2nv December 6, 2010 at 8:35 am

@ weymouth7, since it worked for you, just wanted to know if you’ve actually received the money in your bank account.

weymouth7 October 27, 2010 at 5:53 am

I signed up and started making money within 2 weeks. I hope to cut back to part-time at my day job. This is not a scam – it worked for me!!

Hill October 15, 2010 at 10:45 am

It’s a scam. I purchased it without looking into it deeply. They charged me $2.79 and then I get lost after that. After logging to site, I know i get scam right away. Even I call them and try to cancel, but not sure if they continue to charge me or not so I call my bank and lock my card!

Jennie October 10, 2010 at 11:20 am

you know its a scam when you click on links within the page (example along the top there are links to Home, Entertainment, US, World, Leasure, Health, etc.) and it all goes to the same page: “Buy this product now!” In fact, anything you click on that page sends you to the exact same page. scam scam scam!

Tiffany October 7, 2010 at 8:01 am

So I called the company number they listed for cancelling their services after reading the terms and conditions!! They will charge after 5 days 140.00 plus the39.99 monthly fee! Total scam!!

ihatescum September 15, 2010 at 3:29 pm

YOU ARE JUST AS LOWLIFE AS THE SITES YOU PURPORT TO “INVESTIGATE” REAL PEOPLE KNOW BULLSHIT TESTIMONIALS WHEN THEY SEE THEM

Edgrrt September 12, 2010 at 9:24 am

How do I get rid of this site? They have highjacked some of the addresses in my mailbox, and are sending this crap to people that I know. I find no way to contact them, or trace them? Can anybody help?

Donna September 3, 2010 at 7:04 pm

877-875-6080. A third party out of Utah but really sounds like india. This gal couldnt answer any questions and had NO IDEA about this company AT ALL and thought I had the wrong number. This, we argued for a long time. Finally she kept having to get a supervisor to answer her questions and she wouldnt let me speak to the supervisor cause she was soooo clueless. They DONT have direct deposit and they pay you $1.00 per link. she said she has had ppl calling to cancel the subscription but if she never has heard of the company, then…..wtf!!! I asked her if this business was listed on the BBB. …clueless. DO NOT PAY all your monies into this company or any others like this on line as they have several.
Call them and try them out…..play with their brains…see if they can answer you!

Donna September 3, 2010 at 6:07 pm

Company’s like this would either send you a fake check, but you wouldnt realize it until its too late. And they would continue to automatic deduct monthly charges from your back account and there will NEVER be a phone number to talk to anyone. So this is THEIR get rich quick scheme.
And if you look at their website again the next day and the comments are made only a day ago and then the next day, same comments..and only made a day ago. Also, your special offer keeps extending itself everyday you look at the site,
Also, why does it matter if we all are in the same area????? It has nothing to do with what links we are doing online.
SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

kaiti July 23, 2010 at 1:45 pm

They had typos on that article, and grammatical errors as well. And naturally they expect people to think its just a coincidence that the comment posting section is temporarily (which they spelt wrong) down.

xhayleyx July 19, 2010 at 10:43 am

i was just about get that kit an thought i best check it as sounded to gud to be true and it was!!! glad this site is here thanks
