Here's Rosemary Port, Suing Google
Rosemary Port – Here’s Rosemary Port, Blogger Suing Google for Outing Her for Creating Skanks in NYC Blogger Blogspot Blog…
So we finally get a look at Rosemary Port, such a pretty name for a blogger who created an ugly blog called Skanks in NYC — which has since been deleted from Google, even from the cache — against a model named Liskula Cohen, who forced Google to turn over Rosemary Port’s name and email address.
Personally, I’m glad Rosemary Port has been outed — and let that be a lesson to any of us bloggers who think we can create these “anonymous” websites that dog out other people and post their pics online and stuff, thinking we won’t be revealed.
I have more respect for Perez Hilton, because at least he also publishes his real name and pic behind the vitriol he writes.
But Rosemary Port is funny in saying that before Liskula Cohen pressured Google to reveal her nemesis, only Port only got like two hits on her website: One from Rosemary, and the other from Cohen.
Either way, I could think of some other bloggers that I hope come out in public and get outed for the bad stuff they write and hide behind no names and faces.
I’ll be Port loses her lawsuit against the big G.

This girl is very bitter and obsessive and coward, i feel petty for her..
Sure you can say anything you want but they also have the ability to sue you for defamation of character, slandering, racism, or anything else that has a personal or professional affect upon them in response … is it really worth being a jerk just because you can?
Anyone should be able to say anything they want. This is America, we have fist amendment rights
The bigger question: what does this indicate for the future of all bloggers? How do you define malicious blogging? I posted about the Skanks case over the weekend, but I think we’ll see “more to come”
