As soon as TMZ put up this pic of Madonna’s scary biceps, people began talking about Madonna’s lean, totally muscular arms:

I read that Madonna works out two hours per day, 6 days per week — and they say that Madonna diets. Well, what kind of diet does Madonna do to get biceps and arms like that?


Maybe too much dieting, perhaps?


I gotta admit, I’d like my arms to be more toned right now — but not necessarily like Madonna-bicep-toned.


I hope Madonna is healthy. I know the pressure to stay fit in the physical sense in the public eye must be immense, but geesh!


Those arms on Madge are looking weird.


I guess I’d rather have a little flab — but the jealous side of me is really making me want to hit the lat pull-downs and eat a salad right now.

Well, Madonna might have been in bodybuilding and body weights through all her years since she obtained such kind of bionic muscle toning more particularly her biceps and a protruding veins.
