Jon Gosselin In Touch Weekly Article Says Kate Gave Up on the Marriage and Didn’t Want Counseling…
Jon Gosselin has just given an explosive interview to In Touch Weekly, saying that it wasn’t him that gave up on the marriage, but Kate was the one who came to Jon in October and said it’s done.
What Jon Gosselin doesn’t say is why Kate suddenly came to him and said let’s give up on this marriage — was it because of any adultery on either part? Or just Jon’s part?
Either way, Jon Gosselin goes on to say how much he likes Hailey because he doesn’t have to ask her permission to go somewhere — easy for Hailey to say, she doesn’t have 8 kids to manage when Jon goes out for a smoke, or to buy another Ed Hardy t-shirt.
Anyway, I still like Jon. He said he tried to read the Five Love Languages book by Gary Chapman that’s so good, but Jon said that Kate didn’t want to go to counseling or anything — that she wanted a career.
That doesn’t totally make sense. I think he’s leaving out some details, which Kate will probably supply soon.
But Jon’s testimony does line up with what Kate’s brother and sister-in-law said already happened.
If Jon did cheat first, sounds like Kate was just unforgiving. But then she said she cried so much when the divorce was filed — so I’m not sure why these two couldn’t get back together.
