The Today Show just had a cool little segment that Matt Lauer called “Jon and Kate Before the 8″ — where they showed Jon and Kate Gosselin from happier days: with Jon and Kate on some now-defunct reality show that remodeled their home when it was around time to bring the six babies home.
The Today Show also showed pics of a very pregnant Kate, with her speaking about how she thought she was going to lose the babies, so she spent hours praying in the ER for them to live. And live, they did.
Jon seemed so thankful after seeing his home remodeled, so much so that he hugged the pretty female hostess. But he seemed so genuine. Kate, meanwhile, talked about how Jon made half of what they needed to raise all the kids. Plus she said that people were lining up to help them.
