One fun thing to do is to check around on eBay for expensive stuff people are selling, and this morning I played around finding out what some of the most expensive homes for sale on eBay were, after wondering to myself: Do people sell homes on eBay?
Yes, people do sell their homes on eBay (and boats, and land, and cars, too, no doubt) but the real question is — does anyone buy these homes people are selling on eBay? Hmmm…here are the pricey homes on eBay for sale now:
And though when you search on “house” in eBay, looking for homes for sale, you can turn up really pricey $3.5 million or so Manhattan apartments — you’ll also find a $60,000 house for sale in Akron, Ohio, if you scroll down the eBay listings. Or perhaps something just as good to invest in:

I don’t think even my PayPal balance will stretch to £2.6m unless there is some serious exchange rate action coming up… as soon as the UK£ is equivalent to $260,000 I will place a bid!
