Google Quick Profit Kit SCAM and Google Cash at Home SCAM being run on 21LocalNews.com
I blocked 21localnews.com from showing ads on my website because I was on NY Daily News (at http://www.nydailynews.com/gossip/2009/12/01/2009-12-01_jaimee_grubbs.html) and saw the scam ad for Quick Profit Kit at http://www.quickprofitkit.com/index.php — a site that I also blocked.
The Behavioral Ad Network called Locked On Media at http://lockedonmedia.com/ is the one who sponsored the scam ad about some Akron mom making $77 per hour — so maybe if the public starts putting pressure on the ad networks to not accept the stolen money from the thieves anymore — and pressure on the websites to block the scam ads, then this thievery can lessen.
When you get to the fine print under “Terms and Conditions” you’ll see that they are stealing at least $79.86 per month from people:
If you do not cancel your Trial Membership during the applicable two (2) day period as set forth in Section 7 hereinbelow, your Active Credit Card will be charged the monthly Membership fee of Seventy-Nine Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($79.86) (“Monthly Access Fee”). Your next Monthly Access Fee of Quick Profit Kit™ will be charged every (30) days from the date that you initially signed up to our services in connection with your Trial Membership.

I complained to the attorney general for scams like this, and for “foreign lotteries”, as well as complaining to the FBI about phishing on ebay. No action was taken and no response was given. I think we are on our own – as usual – the government is ineffective.
