Google Adwork Scam – New Adwork Scam Claims Google is Releasing Jobs Posting Links Online, Telling People They’ll Get Paid
No, Google Adworks is Not Getting You a Job at Google -- Adworks is a Scam from a Scammer, Not Someone Named Kevin Wallace from ABC News
They do a play on Google’s legitimate advertising program called Adwords — where you pay money to advertise online — and are calling it Google Adworks, saying Google just released jobs and is offering relief in this economy to people who want to make money with them.
It’s all a lie. These scammers that run these program steal money from the credit and debit cards they get — if they promise some kit or application that cost only $2, they’ll take a lot more than that, forcing people to cancel their cards and not get refunds.
Don’t fall for it. Or if you did, try and cancel your card — and leave a comment to warn others.

Hi! I’m Sarah Bailey, I’m 26 years old and i work in a clothes store, my boyfriend and I have been going out for 7 months now. Our relationship took off to a great start everything was fantastic, until we got to the bedroom…Sex! it ALWAYS ended bad (well for me at least) because he couldn’t satisfy me properly. He has the same problem 80% of men have… an average small penis.
To make it worse I had just come out off a long-term relationship with a guy that had a large penis. Politically-correct girls say that the right size depends on preference and compatibility. However I’m not politically correct and even the politically correct would prefer their men to be well hung.
Anyway, you can read more about how my boyfriend went from small penis loser to huge bedroom stud on my diary at sarahsdiary.com.

Darn now they got my number, i didnt give them my personal info like cridet card stuff but i did give them my number and email. When it said they wanted my cridet card number i decided to look into it more thats when i noticed the fine print and saw the big monthly charge. Im glad i read more but i wish id researched it more. I thought this might be legit, im normaly so supicious of these and never even give my number but ive allways trusted google, they havent wronged me yet till now. We where betrayed by google how could they endorse such things. I know it says “Google™ does not endorse or sponsor this site and is in no way affiliated with this offer.” thats bull they sold them the rights to use there logo and as far as im concerned that makes google responible for deciving us.
Ah! I fell for it too! I thought it was legitimately GOOGLE and when I read through the page I saw that they would be making payments either by check or EFT. I figured that’s why they needed the debit card number…I’m usually really careful about things like this and have never had a problem but they got me on this one. I spoke with someone almost immediately when I saw they would be billing me nearly $80 per month and said I didn’t sign up for anything like that. He (probably the same guy everyone else has spoken with) insisted it was just a trial period and I would get a text the day before to remind me my trial was up in case I wanted to cancel. Seemed pretty legit so I researched it a bit further…then I found all of this. Today I canceled that card and ordered a new one. I made sure there were no transactions between then and now. Fortunately, they hadn’t even charged me the .99 processing fee (or whatever it is). I called them today to tell them it was a scam and I caught them and canceled the card. Don’t mail me, and don’t call me. He gave me some confirmation numbers to cancel all three programs and I asked to be put on a “do not call” list which he said he did. Strange really. It’s obviously a scam…and everyone knows it…but why all the follow up?
Sad thing is…my DAD sent me this link..and he’s a tech-guy…pretty savvy too. I thought if ANYONE knew about this stuff…he would.
Here are the cancellation conf #’s…did anyone else try that and get something similar?

They really paid a lot of attention to detail in this scam…not like the “we’ll send you a check for 3k…you keep $400 and send back the rest” scam a few months back.
This Ad looked legitamit, but then when I asked young lady Destiny on phone questions. Oh every month you will be billed ?? What for/ normal procedure and why I asked $1.(5 for shipping when you will be doing their work? I hung up after i said no thanks. Beware out there. Nothing is as easy as it sounds. And never give social security nor Credit card info to these companies. Spread the word everyone!! WARNING You!!
im happy to have seen this. i was just about to try it out, but i said let me do a little more research first! and im glad that i did it sounds good very good. but my credit info is my personal business and i wont be sharing it. thanks for whoever posted this
Yeah, I signed up for the program and then people started calling asking about my credit card balances, but they won’t tell you anything about the program. Then finally they interview you and say you have to get submitted for approval. The won’t tell you anything unless you agree to pay them $3,000 to $5,000 for their assistance. This is a complete scam, I assure you and they will start billing your credit card enormous amounts (close to $100 bucks monthly)if you don’t cancel within 7 days. STAY AWAY
I just wanted to say thank you to whoever posted this. The ad popped up when I logged into my internet and it really does sound good. Until it asks for credit card info anyway. On the above post that says if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, I’m going to add one more thing. If they are offering to pay you, you shouldn’t have to pay a dime to get started. It should be an offer of taking it out of your first paycheck not pay first then get what you need to do the job.
I just called the 800 number to cancel out of curiousity. I did not join and am glad I didn’t. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up.
Good luck cancelling
whoops.. forgot to mention I got “interviewed” by a gentleman with “PMI” and they asked me to make a list:
5 short term financial goals, 5 long time financial goals.. my credit card balance verses credit line as well as goals in 3 months, 6 months and 12 months…they claimed to be looking for individuals who were seriously in debt so they would have the drive to do the job. Also, They want someone with a good story so they can be used as part of their “testimonial” page . You get interviewed then sent to another person for “approval”.. then will could be accepted and assigned a personal assistant to hold your hand through the process in order to make the most money possible. He also directed me to some other sites to show other’s successes. Then I started getting phone calls… and saw this site. Thank you for putting this up. I hope I can help someone else!
I signed up for this. Do Not Do IT. I cancelled today within the 7 day trial.. (the kit never showed up).. and am now cancelling my credit card.
I did the exact same thing. Got to the second page, changed my mind. Now last night I received 2 calls from 201-383-4916. So frustrating.
I really thought Adworks was legit. I’m usually not so naive. The ad popped up while I was logged in my igoogle account, so I went through with the transaction. When I submitted the application I got an error massage that advised that I check my info. I did & tried again with same result.
I did some checking ON Google. Google kept suggesting Adword-never Adwork. That’s when I saw other’s were asking about Adworks & I went up to my bank to get a new bank card sent. I wasn’t sure if the error meant the info didn’t go through & I was safe or if that was just the way it worked. It turns out, that was just the way it worked.
I’m glad I went to the bank that day, because there were 2 attempted transactions that didn’t get through, because my bank was on alert for strange transactions on my old bank card. One was for over $1,000 at some place called Corbelas & the other was for about $315 for Soccerpost.com.
Greed is usually the draw & it was for this too. I thought it was really Google & I trusted that I could make some easy money.
If google were paying such good money to work from home, why would they be concerned over less than $2 for S&H? There will be thousands of other scams to come & each getting more clever because people will be getting more cautious.
If it seems too good to believe, it probably is.
I did the SAME exact thing as Hunting. Same. Got to the second page, changed my mind, and now this morning, I’ve been getting calls from 201-383-4916. So frustrating.
I came across this ad yesterday. I filled up the first page but changed my mind at the second page where credit card information is needed. They kept calling me today trying to convince me to give them a credit card or debit card number. By then, I was convinced that this is a scam. Their number is 201-383-4916. Don’t fall for it.
I know, Rashmi — And ClickBank.com has a lot of these products that people are selling left and right. That’s why my ClickBank account has no money in it — because I refuse to promote these products.
To add to comment above: 1 – you pay the $1.95 for a 7 day TRIAL. 2) At the end of 7 days your credit/debit card gets charged $79.90 every month. 3) Google is based out of CA., but in the terms and conditions the program is per Utah laws and guidelines. Why is that? At the bottom before their privacy notice and terms & conditions you will see this fine print:
*Google™ does not endorse or sponsor this site and is in no way affiliated with this offer.
By submitng this form you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
Interesting!!!! I guesss one can only hope!!!
I fully agree with u Paula. Some Unscruplous people have their ads flashing all across the internet, scamming naive people and charging their credit cards month after month.. till they dont cancel their credit cards. What surprises me is that such ads are promoted even in CPA networks, where affiliates are promoting them endlessly without realising the harm they are doing to the common man.
