QUESTION:

What happens to Judge Sotomayor’s confirmation as Supreme Court Justice if the Constitution’s “natural born citizen” Presidential eligibility requirement is subsequently determined applicable to Barack Obama on the basis of Article 2’s exclusion of dual citizenship birth (doesn’t matter whether Obama born in Hawaii since his dad was Kenyan/British citizen at the time)? It would seem prudent, if not dereliction of Constitutional duty in not so doing, for the United States Senate to defer voting on Judge Sotomayor’s confirmation at the very least until there is determination, now imminent, on standing in Kerchner v. Congress (USDC NJ) on that precise issue (Congressional failure to take up the raised and known constitutional ineligibility question prior to declaring a Presidential winner in the vote of the electoral college). For the full Senate now to proceed to vote to confirm Judge Sotomayor (an otherwise lifetime appointment) before then, would be a knowing and very substantial exacerbation of any inherent Constitutional crisis — compounding the previous Congressional dereliction. That is, the Executive Branch, as well as conceivably all actions of a Congress under a President determined ineligible, would leave the Supreme Court as an essential unfettered remaining Branch of the Federal Government, that is unfettered so long as Mr. Obama’s nominee to the Court is not yet confirmed by the Senate.

Will not one Senator, let alone Republican Senator, raise this issue on the Senate floor? The nation is watching.

Fake. Mombasa was part of Zanzibar until 1964. Kenya was the Dominion of Kenya until December 1964, not the Republic of kenya. The hospital’s name is wrong. The type font is a computer font (“Schmutz”) invented in 1995. Obama was 47 when he was elected 44th President. Look at the number on top – 47,O44 (someone has a sense of humour). Nyanza wasn’t a “province” when BHO Sr. was born. EF Lavendar is a famous British soap. Orly has been punk’d. Good on ya, Orly. I hope you get disbarred for presenting forgeries and frauds to the court.

It looks more real than the fake photoshopped one on factcheck.obama that doesn’t prove anything. Is it real? I don’t know. But his Kenyan grandmama says she was in the room when he was born and that is real……. The Kenyan ambassador said he was born in Kenya. That is real. Everybody in Kenya says he was born there. That is real. But Odinga has the whole country locked down so it very hard to interview anybody these days. And who helped Odinga get installed into power in Kenya? Obama did illegally in violation of US laws…….. they had to riot and killed a couple of thousand christians because Odinga actually lost. But anything to keep the world from finding out Obama is lying about his birthplace. It is the New World Order that is running and protecting Obama. The finance oligarchs of Wall Street.

So call me a birther……… I’d rather be a birther than an Obot believing every lie that comes out of Obama’s mouth. McCain produced his real birth certificate. Obama has produce a fake one. So is Obama lying? When has he not lied??????

OBAMA/BARRY SOETORO is INELIGIBLE because he was a British Citizen at birth. This is already an established FACT. Obama held Kenyan Citizenship from birth to the age of 21. Obama was ineligible to run for President the second he was born, regardless of where he was born because his father was British. The framers of Constitution of the United States did NOT want somebody with dual citizenship to be President, unless they were alive during the signing of the Constitution. This is clear constitutional interpretation. Obama was NOT alive then.
-Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.-

Obama is not constitutionally the “Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States” (see Article II, Section 2, Clause 1). He is entitled to no obedience whatsoever from anyone in those forces. Indeed, for officers or men to follow any of his purported “orders” will constitute a serious breach of military discipline-and in extreme circumstances perhaps even “war crimes.” In addition, no one in any civilian agency in the Executive Branch of the General Government will be required to put into effect any of Obama’s purported “proclamations,” “executive orders,” or “directives.”
-according to constitutional scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira: “if Obama dares to take the Presidential Oath or Affirmation of office, knowing that he is not a natural born Citizen, he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing (see Article II, Section 1, Clause 7). For, being ineligible for the Office of President, he cannot faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, or even execute it at all, to any degree.. taking the Oath or Affirmation? will be a violation thereof!”

It appears that despite your advancemetn as a country alot you people are so ignorant of the obvious facts it beats logic.

Barry Soetoro Hussein could be the anti-christ. What do you think? I know one thing for sure, he is not my president. He is a disgrace to the White House. Most of the people he appointed are too. He has this country in a mess and he can’t blame it on Bush, Clinton, Carter, Washington or Lincoln. The man is a complete ass. Give me Colin Powell any day compared to this clown. You’re right, I don’t respect him and never will. We have to vote these idiots out in 2010. Impeachment is a word that sticks in my mind for Barry. Your info. is all DISINFO. Zanzibar is an island [off the coast of Tanzania], which was independent until 1963. Coast Province in what became Kenya never was a part of Zanzibar. The Coast Province birth cert. doesn’t mention Kenya anywhere. Nyanza Province as noted on the birth cert. above, was certainly a governmental subdivision during the time that the country now known as “Kenya” was under British Commonwealth rule. For you to state “Nyanza wasn’t a ‘province’ ….” is total disinformation. The Nyanza region goes way back to the time (1900’s) when a railroad line was constructed into the “Kenyan” region from Uganda. The name E.F. Lavondar or Lavonder has been mis-spelled by you to confuse and confound. Your sarcastic disinfo comment proves nothing. The Name Lavonder or Lavondar is a common British name of the 1900’s. Your comment on the type font is patently incorrect, as this type font was in use in the Commonwealth for official documents at the time of Obama’s birth. What other garbage can you come up with? Your office is obviously in Langley, VA.
