480 East closed on January 4, 2012, in Cleveland, Ohio
Something serious is going on…as you can tell by this pic I snapped with my iPad 2 of I-480 East closed on many entrance ramps today, Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Update: President Obama’s arrival has closed 480-East…
I am searching Google News to see if I can find out what happened. I pray it’s not a serious car accident, but I fear that’s what it might be.
I drove north on I-77 until I arrived at the 480-East turnoff and noticed two black police cars blocking the way — and prayed the cars in front of me didn’t collide with me as we all made our way to 480-West instead.
Thankfully, we didn’t, and with me not being a native Clevelander, I didn’t really know how to get over to Miles Road in Warrensville Heights without taking 480-East, or at least not without my navigation.
I didn’t pull out my Droid and try to navigate a different way, because by the time I made it all the way another route, Bible study would have been near the end no doubt.
C’est la vie…
