✈✈✈ Google Hiring? No, Google Not Hiring People to Work From Home…These Google Work-at-Home Websites are a SCAM

Lately there’s been a proliferation of scam websites designed to look like real ABC News websites or Yahoo Answers or personal blogs and stuff, claiming that Google is hiring people — saying Google just released a bunch of jobs and announced they are hiring people in this economy during some news conference.

The “Google Hiring” People Scams are Stealing Money From People Who Buy Their $2 Kits or Applications…

Some people who trust the websites and think that Google may really be hiring people to work from home or otherwise plop in their credit cards or debit cards, thinking they’ve only paid $1.95 or $2.95 or some other small amount to get the stupid kit or fake application.

Then they find out their checking accounts or credit cards have been hit with $87 monthly fee, more or less, depending on the scammer.

The people running the “Google is hiring” scam websites hide these hidden charges buried away on some terms and conditions page that people are checking. But at least the FTC is cracking down on these websites, and have filed a complaint against some of the scammers.

The “Google is Hiring” Scams Come Under Many Different Names…

And if you’ve been scammed — I suggest you cancel your debit or credit card you used so they can’t steal any more money from you. Complain to the BBB, FTC and the FBI’s Internet Crimes division.

Leave and comment and warn other people with as much detail as possible about what website scammed you so we can stay on top of the new scams so they can’t get many more people.
